Last week, I received this greeting card from Louis Vuitton in my snail mail. Inside was a handwritten personal greeting from the Sales Associate who assisted us when we bought my Speedy at the SFO branch.
What great after-sales service / special treatment indeed! Makes me want to pay them another visit.
Dad, Mother's day is coming up soon. Hehe.
